Fibregum To Be Featured At IFT

At the IFT show, Colloides Natuels, Bridgewater, NJ, will be targeting fiber fortification and showcasing its new U.S. sales and management team, as well as CNI personnel from around the world. CNI will also be promoting several new applications that highlight the nutritional, economic and functional benefits of Fibregum™ gum acacia for soluble fiber fortification. CNI guarantees a minimum soluble fiber content of 90% (dry weight basis). CNI will showcase Fibregum in Fiber Puffs seasoned with nacho chili cheese and par­­mesan, Exotic Essence fiber fortified fruit juice and Nugo™ nutrition bars in Mixed Berry and Peanut Butter.
